What do you offer?

Pickup and drop off group farm day care on 2.2 hectares (6 acres) of fenced private land in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. Full time supervision of your dog while in our care.

We run, play, and explore to stimulate your dog’s body, nose and mind, while keeping them safe and happy at all times. Dogs are encouraged to have rests throughout the day to avoid over stimulation.

When do you adventure?

We operate Tuesday to Thursday excluding days of unsafe weather conditions.

Where do you go?

We use an exclusive private property in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, alongside horses, sheep, goats, alpacas, emus, kangaroos, and other native wildlife. The fully fenced property hosts a forest, paddocks, multiple water sources. protected and shaded areas, to cater for all preferences!

Can you pick up / drop off my dog?

Yes! We only operate as a pick up and drop off service. Dogs are collected from your home en-route to our private property and returned in the same way at the other end of the day! You do not need to be home after our initial meet and greet!

What areas do you service?

Our service is available to dogs that live in the following suburbs:

Aberfoyle Park, Belair, Bellevue Heights, Blackwood, Coromandel East, Coromandel Valley, Craigburn Farm, Eden Hills, Flagstaff Hill, Glenalta & Hawthorndene.

How will my dog travel?

We use our fit for purpose van. All dogs are tethered in travel and are heated and cooled in winter and summer respectively.

What type of dogs do you accept?

Our farm days require dogs to be both dog and human friendly, understand basic commands, have controllable behaviors and be happy to run, play and learn. Dogs with aggression or other serious behavioral problems are not well suited for our group farm days.

Highly prey driven or working driven dogs may not be suitable for Embark. This can be made apparent after initial sessions. For this reason we consider new dogs on a trial until we’re comfortable with their behaviors in our groups.

Your dog must be generally fit and healthy and between three and six months of age for non de-sexed puppies, and de-sexed when older than six months of age.
